The winner of a $10 million lottery ticket from a Speedy Mart claimed her prize at Massachusetts State Lottery headquarters on Wednesday, Dec. 21.Helen Cicoria of Buzzards Bay was the first winner of $10 million on the '$10,000,000 Cash King' scratch ticket game in the state, the lottery said. Circoria chose the cash-option on her prize and received a one-time payment of $6.5 million before taxes.Circoria said she's planning on using the winnings for home improvements and to travel, the lottery said.
