An entity registered to a Long Island real estate investor purchased a Stop & Shop-anchored real estate plaza for $22 million, less than two years after it was sold for $17.2 million. The plaza at 10 Technology Drive in Hudson was sold on Wednesday to CFP Hudson LLC of Boston, managed by Long Island-based real estate investor and philanthropist Rosario Cassata, according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds. Cassata manages a second entity in Massachusetts, CFP Peabody LLC, though a search of public records does not show any recent transactions in Peabody by that company.
